DESCRIPTION

FAIRLAND G450  leveling agent is Common waterborne, solvent-based and UV coatings. Has a very good compatibility and high slip, especially for varnish, a strong reduction of surface tension of wetting of the substrate can be difficult to achieve effective wetting. Promote the film's flow and leveling. Eliminate cellulite and volcanic hole, effectively prevent shrinkage, improve alignment matte matte powder coating, reducing uneven gloss smear phenomenon. Application Examples

Solvent woodware coatings: Recommended dosage of 0.03 to 0.2% of total formulation

Solvent-based and water-based industrial coatings:Recommended dosage of 0.05 to 0.3% of total formulation.

Automotive paint: Recommended dosage of 0.03 to 0.2% of total formulation

UV curing: Recommended dosage of 0.05 to 1% of total formulation

Usage:

Can be original or pre-dilution was added to re-join

Pre-diluted with the recommended solvent simplifies the process of adding and mixing

Recommended pre-diluted with a solvent will facilitate the addition and mixing.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

After sealing packaging products stored in a cool, dry place , FAIRLAND G450 has a shelf life of 36 months from date of manufacture.
